Occipito-sphenoidal palpation according to Becker:

The elbows are on the treatment table, the thumbs on the greater wings of both sides, the index fingers behind the ear, on the mastoid process, the middle fingers behind the ear on the mastoid portions, the ring fingers behind the occipito-mastoid suture on the occipital bone and the little finger on the occipital squama.

It is a slightly changed form of the occipito-sphenoidal palpation according to Becker.
